What we collect
When you reserve your RO, we collect the email address you enter and the date and time of your reservation. We do not ask for payment details at this stage.
We may also collect basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as approximate location and device type, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use your data
We use your email to keep you on the reservation list, to contact you before launch with your reservation details, and to send you a private link to complete your order.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Legal basis
We process your email based on your consent, which you give by submitting the reservation form. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your reservation details until the launch is complete or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to unsubscribe from our messages at any time.
